This meme is what can be called a perfect emotional whiplash because in the first picture, the anime girl is laughing because everything is just as it should happen; in the second, she is shocked and cries and obviously revisits all her life decisions. It is painfully relatable, as the mood swings so quickly that even with this comedy anyone can relate to how they have ever celebrated too early, opened their bank app, or simple thought that a joke was funny before it happened to them.
