Minor details like fur and sparkling eyes, and flowery accessories enhance the depth and character in the scene. The portrait can be framed by snowflakes or minor details of the holiday, adding the atmosphere of this season. This colouring page is a bold and detailed outline which is suitable to any child and a lover of crafts during holidays. It proclaims friendship, tradition and magical alliance that characterises the Christmas Eve.

How to Color
When coloring the suit of Santa, start out with bright red on the suit, making the dark color of red on the folds and the edges of the garments to give it color. His hat trim and his beard may be kept white, but made light by smattering with a pale grey to make it soft and textured. Paint the face of the Santa using peach or light tan with soft pink blush having a warming effect on his cheeks. The fur of the reindeer may be of the medium brown colour, darker being under the chin and on the sides of the neck above the antlers. The antlers are either light tan or beige in colour. Place a little white spot on the eyes of both the Santa and the reindeer so as to make them appear living. When there is snow or any background effect, soft blues or silver tones will be appropriate in order to contrast with the warm reds and brown in winter. Soft mixing and slight shading in the edges of the portrait will make the entire depth and party look gorgeous.
